ALM Partners has implemented a group structure reorganization that came into effect on July 1, 2026.
The purpose of the reorganization is to support the Group’s growth, international expansion, service development, and the organization of client operations and risk management activities. The new structure strengthens the Group’s ability to provide efficient customer service and support international growth in the future.
New group structure
The parent company of the Group is ALM Partners Group Oy (3018110-5, Finland), which is responsible for Group management, strategic guidance, and the provision of centralized group services.
The Group’s operational business activities are organized into the following companies:
ALM Partners Oy

Service company: Risk management, regulatory reporting, and data services for the banking sector within customers’ existing system environments.
ALM Partners Star Oy

Service company: Risk management, data, and expert service solutions for new system environments.
ALM Partners Solutions Oy

Software and system services for banks’ risk management, regulatory reporting, and data-related needs.
ALM Partners Sweden AB

The Group’s operating company in Sweden.
The former ALM Partners Oy operates during the transition period under the name ALM Partners Holding Oy (2372616-2, Finland). Its previous business operations have been transferred to the Group’s operational companies. The holding company’s purpose is to serve as an interim structure before its planned merger into ALM Partners Group Oy at the end of 2026.
Services continue as normal
The group structure reorganization does not change the content of ALM Partners’ services or affect the continuity of client work. Client engagements continue as normal, and services and client contacts remain unchanged unless otherwise agreed or communicated with individual clients.
The purpose of the reorganization is to strengthen ALM Partners’ ability to serve its clients efficiently in Finland, Sweden, and other selected markets.
