Tommi Somersuo has joined ALM Partners Group as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the management team, effective October 26, 2026. His responsibilities include leading technology across the Group, overseeing internal ICT (information and communications technology), and developing and implementing the company’s AI strategy. Somersuo joins ALM Partners from Solita, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. Most recently, his work has focused on AI at the Group level.
The appointment supports ALM Partners’ next phase of growth, in which technology, AI, and scalable operating models will play an increasingly important role. As a partner to clients in the financial sector, ALM Partners considers it essential to combine technological development with strong information security, compliance, and an understanding of clients’ regulatory requirements. Somersuo will lead this area across the Group.
Key priorities in the CTO role include developing shared technology platforms and operating models, clarifying technology leadership, and establishing a more systematic approach to the use of AI. Another objective is to strengthen the role of technology in the productization and scalability of ALM Partners’ services.
