The year 2025 has been a time of strong and continuous growth for us, as well as a year of building high-quality solutions together. At the same time, ALM Partners has grown at a pace of 20%.
Collaboration and trust are the cornerstones of our operations and growth. Our mission is to deliver the best regulatory and risk reporting services, solutions, and expertise to our customers – European banks. Together, we drive data-driven business development, ensuring the stability and security of the financial system in our society.
During the year, we refined our business offerings:
- RaaS provides regulatory and risk reporting services, from report production to a fully outsourced reporting concept.
- SaaS software solutions enable regulatory reporting either independently by financial institutions or with ALM Partners’ support.
- Professional Services delivers broad expertise and tailored service solutions for our partner clients.
Our team exceeded 200 employees by the end of the year, and we are actively recruiting new talent in Finland and Sweden. In November, we opened a new office in Tampere, complementing our existing locations in Helsinki, Stockholm, Jyväskylä, and Oulu. We also welcomed 14 new employee-shareholders – today, ALM Partners is approximately 85% employee-owned through 89 staff owners. We are a strong partner in financial risk management, regulatory reporting, and data-driven business development.
